Medication Administration Proficiency Assesment

A trained People Manager or the in-house LPN may complete the Medication Administration Proficiency Assessment with the student.

A Medication Administration Proficiency Assessment must be completed within 1-week of the student completing the Medication Administration course.

Please coordinate with your People Manager to schedule a date to complete the Proficiency Assessment.

Must first complete Medication Administration and provide the VECOVA certificate to training@ddrc.ca
