Quality of Life Recertification

This is a self-directed renewal course which includes two parts:

• Quality of Life Self-Study Guide
• Quality of Life Self-Study Worksheet

All Tier 1, 2 and 3 staff and sub-contractor positions, except BDS.

NOTE: a self-directed course assignment is expected to be completed by the 26th day of the month in which the course is scheduled to run.

Prior to course date

• Up to 7 days prior to the commencement of the course, the People Manager can request the DDRC Training Coordinator to transfer the individual to the next available course date 

• If less than 7 days prior to the commencement of the course, the individual must contact their direct People Manager immediately to notify the reason they are unable to complete the course assignment by the date provided
  
  
• People Manager will email DDRC Training training@ddrc.ca promptly

• Failure to complete a DDRC Mandatory Training course will result in a $50 fee to the registrant

You must have attended a facilitated Quality of Life course before the recertification.
